What is this Masonic Wooden thingy on eBay?

Okay, there is this wooden thing on eBay:

Its got a chisel stuck in it and its stamped with the the masons use. Is this for real? It looks kind of simple compared to other free mason items on eBay. Anybody have some clue what it might be or the real age?

It looks like a simple wall plaque, probably produced as an award or presentation to a Mason. It isn’t a standard Masonic item like a ring, pin, apron, gloves, etc. I have no idea how old it is, but if I had to guess I would estimate 50’s or 60’s, when Freemasonry was at a peak of popularity and items like this were commonly manufactured spontaneously and distributed in presentations at lodges. But that is just a guess – all I can say for sure is that I have never seen one of these in the Blue Lodge, Scottish Rite, or Shrine, but I have seen several novelty items similar to this.
